conducting in-depth interviews, and presenting suitable candidates to the management.
Our ideal candidate is experienced in candidate search, knowledgeable about various industries, and has a keen
eye for identifying the required qualities.
Ultimately, the role of the Recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires, and maintains the best executive
talent.
Job Responsibility
? Craft job descriptions tailored to the open positions in the organization.
? Researching and identifying potential candidates through various methods, including networking, social
media platforms.
? Conducting pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experiences, and fit for the role
? Conducting background checks and verifying references
? Presenting job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiating employment terms
? Assist in all the other work related to the HR Department or as assigned by the management
? Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates for future job opportunities
? Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
? Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
? Manage the orientation and onboarding procedures for newly hired employees.
? Maintaining employee records and protecting their confidentiality
? Nurture a positive working environment
? Establish an effective recruitment strategy.
Skills, Experience and Qualification Required
? Good writing and analytical skills.
? Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
? Good communication and leadership skills.
? In-depth knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
? Previous experience as an HR Recruiter.
? A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
? An eye for details.
