to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate should have experience in the hospitality sector, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of HR policies, statutory compliance, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes for all departments.
Conduct reference checks, issue offer letters, and manage new hire documentation.
Organize and facilitate induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Maintain positive employee relations by addressing queries, grievances, and providing support.
Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communication.
Attendance & Payroll Support:
Monitor attendance, shift rosters, and leave records.
Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for salary processing, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT), and reimbursements.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all employee records are up to date and confidential.
Maintain compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and internal procedures.
Handle ESIC, PF, professional tax, and other statutory filings.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process by gathering data, assisting in evaluations, and documenting outcomes.
Training & Development:
Coordinate internal training sessions and skill development programs.
Maintain training records and feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Hospitality Management.
1-3 years of experience in HR; hospitality industry experience is preferred.
Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HR practices.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced hospitality setting with dynamic operational requirements.
Expected to be available during key shifts or events, depending on operational needs.
