Onboarding and Training:
Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Oversee the development and implementation of training programs for restaurant staff, focusing on job-related skills and customer service excellence.
Employee Relations:
Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the restaurant's goals and values.
HR Administration:
