The HR Executive - Recruitment is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality hiring of candidates that align with the company's business needs and culture. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Good understanding of recruitment platforms and social media hiring

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ATS
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in retail / manufacturing / service industry)
