Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage offer negotiations and release appointment letters.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and industry networking events.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company HR policies.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
