Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job postings to interviews and selection.
Managing the onboarding of new hires and offboarding of departing employees.
Developing and implementing performance appraisal and management systems.
Organizing employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Serving as a liaison between employees and management, addressing grievances and workplace conflicts.
Fostering a positive and safe workplace environment through open communication.
Planning and executing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
Administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
Managing payroll processes, including timely and accurate salary distribution.
Maintaining comprehensive employee records and ensuring data confidentiality.
Policy & Compliance:
Developing, implementing, and updating company policies and procedures.
Ensuring the organization and its employees comply with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Monitoring adherence to policies and providing guidance to managers
