- Find potential employees for the company they are employed through various job portals.
- Source and reach out to talent and ensure they\'re a good fit for the company.
- Recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Coordinate and schedule them for an interview.
- Screen candidates\xe2\x80\x99 resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Negotiate and even follow up after being hired to ensure things are going well.
- Promote company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation as \xe2\x80\x9cbest place to work\xe2\x80\x9d.
