Job Title- HR Executive (Recruitment) Experience: Minimum of 1 year, should have relevant experience of automobile industry Location - Bengaluru Requirements and skills: \xef\x82\xb7 Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role. \xef\x82\xb7 Should be a graduate with experience in Automobile industry, preferably MBA. \xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases. \xef\x82\xb7 Experience with sourcing techniques \xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of referral programs. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Design and update job descriptions \xef\x82\xb7 Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms) \xef\x82\xb7 Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates \xef\x82\xb7 Screen incoming resumes and application forms \xef\x82\xb7 Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests \xef\x82\xb7 Advertise job openings on company\xe2\x80\x99s careers page, social media, job boards and internally \xef\x82\xb7 Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers \xef\x82\xb7 Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
