The HR Executive - Talent Acquisition will manage end-to-end recruitment activities with a strong focus on consultancy-driven hiring. This role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders, effective candidate sourcing, timely closures, and delivering a positive candidate experience across all hiring stages.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and consultancy databases
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess role fit and cultural alignment
Shortlist candidates and prepare detailed profiles for internal stakeholder review
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Schedule and manage interviews while ensuring timely and clear communication with candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS/HRMS systems
Share market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends
Support offer negotiations, offer releases, and joining coordination
Required Skills & Competencies
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing
Strong exposure to consultancy-based hiring models
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple positions and tight deadlines
Working knowledge of ATS, HRMS, job portals, and recruitment tools
Strong organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills
Analytical mindset with an understanding of hiring metrics and process improvement
