The HR Recruitment Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality hiring across different functions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and building strong talent pipelines to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
Understand manpower requirements from different departments and plan recruitment accordingly.
Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker/database regularly.
Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct reference checks and support in offer roll-out and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Coordinate with external consultants or agencies when required.
Provide periodic recruitment reports and updates to management.
