Job Description

A Human Resources (HR) officer manages the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement. They also ensure that company policies are followed and that employees are treated fairly.
Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Recruit new employees and help them through onboarding
  • Training: Train new employees and provide career development programs
  • Payroll: Assist with payroll management so employees get paid on time
  • Employee relations: Maintain positive relationships with employees
  • Policy development: Create and maintain company policies and procedures
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and government regulations
  • Employee data: Manage employee data, including leaves and benefits claims
  • Performance management: Manage employee performance and succession planning
