Job Description

ecruitment and onboarding:

Managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to preparing offers and conducting onboarding for new employees.

Employee relations and engagement:

Handling employee grievances, promoting employee wellness, and implementing programs to boost morale and engagement.

Policy and compliance:

Developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring the organization complies with labor laws and regulations.

Performance management:

Supporting performance appraisal systems and working with management to develop employees and address performance issues.

Compensation and benefits:

Administering payroll, employee benefits, and compensation packages.

HR administration:

Maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and managing administrative functions related to human resources.

Organizational development:

Contributing to the development of HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's overall goals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
