Job Summary: The HR Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the organization\'s human resources activities. This position involves working closely with HR management to implement HR policies and procedures, manage employee relations, and support various HR functions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Onboarding: \xc2\xb7 Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating candidate assessments. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training. 2. Employee Relations: \xc2\xb7 Address employee queries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. \xc2\xb7 Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and disciplinary matters in line with company policies. 3. HR Administration: \xc2\xb7 Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations. \xc2\xb7 Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management. 4. Compliance: \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. \xc2\xb7 Assist in preparing and submitting required reports and documents to government authorities. 5. Training and Development: \xc2\xb7 Coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and track employee training progress and certifications. 6. Performance Management: \xc2\xb7 Support the performance appraisal process by collecting and summarizing employee performance data. \xc2\xb7 Assist in the implementation of performance improvement plans. 7. Employee Engagement: \xc2\xb7 Organize employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture. \xc2\xb7 Gather feedback from employees and suggest improvements. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in HR roles or related positions. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of HR laws and regulations. \xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. \xc2\xb7 High level of confidentiality and discretion.
