Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding

: Oversees the entire hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing to background checks and onboarding new employees into the plant environment.

Employee Relations

: Manages employee grievances, resolves conflicts, and fosters a positive work environment, which is crucial for maintaining productivity in a manufacturing setting.

Labor Law Compliance

: Ensures that all HR practices, policies, and programs adhere to federal, state, and local labor laws and safety regulations.

Training and Development

: Designs and implements training programs to enhance employee skills and performance, contributing to overall productivity and safety.

Compensation and Benefits

: Administers compensation packages, employee benefits, and payroll to ensure fairness and competitiveness.

Performance Management

: Manages performance appraisal processes and talent development programs, working to retain skilled workers.

Health and Safety

: Coordinates and promotes health, safety, and welfare initiatives within the plant, working to create a safe work environment.

Strategic Partnership

: Collaborates closely with plant management to align HR strategies with business objectives and support overall plant operations.

HR Administration

: Maintains accurate employee records, HR documentation, and ensures the effective operation of HR systems.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
