Employee relations:
Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions to maintain a productive and positive workplace culture.
Policy and compliance:
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with business goals and comply with labor laws and regulations.
Payroll and benefits:
Oversee payroll processing, administer employee benefits, and manage leave and attendance records.
Employee engagement and development:
Plan and execute training programs and employee engagement activities.
Record maintenance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both in physical and digital formats.
Exit management:
Conduct exit interviews to understand reasons for employee turnover and manage offboarding procedures.
