Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle end-to-end

recruitment

- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain and update

employee records

, attendance, and leave management systems. Assist in

payroll coordination

and ensure timely processing of salaries. Manage employee life cycle - from joining to exit formalities. Address and resolve

employee queries

and ensure smooth communication. Support

performance appraisals

and maintain appraisal documentation. Prepare and issue HR letters (offer, confirmation, increment, warning, etc.). Ensure compliance with

company policies

and labor regulations. Plan and execute

employee engagement

activities and internal events.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar HR role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of MS Office and HR management tools. Good understanding of HR processes, laws, and best practices.
