Maintaining employee records and databases Managing HR documents like offer letters, contracts, and policies Ensuring legal compliance in HR practices

Payroll & Benefits



Assisting with payroll processing Managing employee benefits like leave, insurance, and bonuses Tracking attendance and leave records
5.

Training & Development



Identifying training needs Coordinating internal and external training programs Monitoring training effectiveness
6.

Performance Management



Supporting performance appraisal processes Helping managers set KPIs and goals Collecting and analyzing performance data
7.

Compliance & Policies



Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies Updating HR policies and communicating changes Assisting with audits and inspections
8.

Employee Engagement



Planning employee engagement activities and events Encouraging team-building and morale-boosting initiatives Measuring employee satisfaction and feedback
