Recruitment and Selection:
Managing the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Resolving employee relations issues and conflicts.
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
Administering HR policies and procedures.
Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Addressing employee concerns and grievances.
Managing employee exit processes, including exit interviews.
Compliance and Policy:
Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
Maintaining accurate employee records.
Managing employee benefits and compensation.
Overseeing payroll and other administrative tasks.
Other Responsibilities:
Supervising and managing the HR team.
Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Developing and implementing training and development programs.
Staying up-to-date on HR best practices and trends.
Contributing to the overall strategic direction of the HR function.
