Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Maintain attendance, leaves, and employee records
Handle payroll processing, salary inputs, and monthly payroll coordination
Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation
Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
Ensure HR policies are followed and compliance requirements are met
Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities
Support administrative tasks whenever required
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR operations, payroll basics, and MS Office
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality
Problem-solving and coordination abilities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
