We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, documentation, data entry, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Support in onboarding new employees -- documentation, joining formalities, and induction.
2. Documentation & HR Records
Maintain and update employee personal files and records.
Handle HR-related documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.).
Ensure timely collection and filing of all employee documents.
3. Data Entry & HRMIS
Enter and update employee data in HR systems or Excel sheets.
Maintain attendance, leave, and other HR databases accurately.
Generate basic HR reports as required.
4. Employee Engagement
Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities.
Support internal communication and employee feedback initiatives.
Coordinate birthday, festival, and celebration events.
5. General HR Support
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Assist in day-to-day HR operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR operations or administration (freshers may also apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
