Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess technical skills and fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track candidate progress.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT and software positions.
Maintain candidate database & update recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely communication with candidates and provide a smooth hiring experience.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining dates.
Handle bulk hiring or niche hiring as per requirements.
Stay updated with latest technologies, job trends, and IT market standards.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of IT/software development roles and technologies.
Experience using job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hirist, etc.
Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Basic technical understanding (languages, frameworks, cloud, databases).
Problem-solving and candidate management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
2+ years of IT recruitment or gernalist experience
