Managing the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication).
Coordinating and conducting
onboarding
and induction programs for new hires.
Handling the collection and maintenance of all new employee documentation.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Serving as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
Assisting in conflict resolution and promoting a positive, harmonious
work culture
.
Planning and executing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and recognition programs.
Policy and Compliance:
Ensuring the company's compliance with
labor laws
and regulations.
Assisting in the development, update, and communication of HR policies and employee handbooks.
Maintaining confidentiality and security of all sensitive employee information.
HR Administration and Operations:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date
employee records
(digital and physical) using an HR Information System (HRIS).
Assisting with
payroll
processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
Coordinating employee performance appraisal processes and assisting with employee development and training initiatives.
Managing exit formalities, including conducting exit interviews and processing final settlements.
