Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Support employee engagement initiatives and organizational development programs.
Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
Handle employee queries and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
Assist in HR documentation, policy updates, and reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an HR role (fresh graduates with internships may also apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases (e.g., HRMS, MS Excel).
Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
