Key responsibilities

Human Resources:

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes. Oversee employee relations, training, and development. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain employee records and HR systems.

Facilities Management:

Ensure the facility operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate with external vendors for services like cleaning, security, and maintenance. Manage space planning, office moves, and renovations in collaboration with other departments. Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans.

Strategy and Operations:

Align HR and facilities strategies to support overall business goals. Track and report on HR and facility metrics to support decision-making. Foster a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,590.55 - ₹24,071.35 per month
