YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR



Talent Acquisition Support:

Assist the HR Manager in the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation, using your people skills to help identify candidates who align with our culture and values.

Employee Onboarding:

Support in creating smooth, welcoming onboarding experiences that make new team members feel excited about joining Loco Otro from day one.

Daily HR Operations:

Handle day-to-day HR activities including attendance management, leave processing, employee documentation, and other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Employee Relations:

Be the go-to person for employee queries, concerns, and feedback, handling situations with empathy and finding solutions that work for everyone.

Culture Building:

Organize engagement activities, team building events, and initiatives that strengthen our workplace culture and team spirit.

Brand Advocacy:

Represent Loco Otro at job fairs, networking events, and in all candidate interactions as someone who genuinely believes in what we do.

Performance Support:

Work with managers to address performance issues constructively and help team members grow in their roles.

Compliance:

Ensure all HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies while maintaining a people-first approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
