Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Help maintain a positive and compliant work environment.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.
Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, leave,ESIC, PF and other relevant data.
Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
Performance Management:
Assist in tracking appraisal cycles and collecting performance feedback.
Support training and development initiatives.
Compliance:
Ensure HR practices comply with legal and organizational requirements.
Maintain and audit personnel files and records.
Requirements:

Proficiency in MS Office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
