Understand hiring needs from department heads and create or update job descriptions accordingly.
Source candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate and manage the full recruitment lifecycle--from shortlisting to offer roll-out.
Maintain candidate database and regularly update the recruitment tracker.
Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with HR team members on onboarding and documentation post-selection.
