Assisting with job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Conducting preliminary phone interviews.
Onboarding new hires, including paperwork, orientations, and setting up workstations.
Coordinating training sessions and employee development activities.
Managing the preboarding process for new hires.
Employee Records & Data Management:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
Managing employee databases and ensuring data accuracy.
Handling employee inquiries and providing information related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Preparing reports related to HR activities and employee data.
Employee Relations & Support:
Assisting with employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution and complaint investigations.
Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR matters.
Coordinating and administering leavers, including termination paperwork and exit interviews.
Assisting with employee engagement activities and events.
