Desired Candidate Profile:

1-4 years of experience in
HR Generalist

Recruitment
role
Good understanding of
HR processes, labor laws
, and recruitment tools
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (Zoho, Keka, etc. preferred)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Must be a
people-person
with a proactive approach
