Performance Management:

Overseeing performance reviews, providing feedback, and managing employee development plans.

Compensation and Benefits:

Managing compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, health insurance, and retirement plans.

Training and Development:

Coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

HR Strategy:

Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

HR Policy:

Creating and updating HR policies, ensuring they are effectively communicated and followed.

Employee Engagement:

Planning and executing employee engagement activities to boost morale and motivation. Mainly apply who can dealing with salary part. Monthly salary, PF, ESIC.
