Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end bulk recruitment for various roles (e.g., customer service, delivery executives, sales associates, warehouse staff). Source candidates using multiple channels (job portals, social media, references, walk-ins, campus drives). Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' fit. Manage job postings, screening, scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and workforce planning.
