Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Coordinate and support training and development programs.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Handle day-to-day HR queries and employee concerns.
Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.
Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Make arrangements for office parties, festivals, and celebrations, including coordinating vendors, decorations, and supplies as needed.
