- PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.
Address grievances and discipline issues related to blue collar staff
Liaise with supervisors and line managers for daily workforce planning
Conduct exit formalities and maintain attrition data
Maintain HR MIS and support audit requirements
Support in engagement initiatives for worker welfare
