Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Post job advertisements and source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial HR round interviews and salary discussions.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and induction plans.
HR Operations:
Maintain employee records and HR databases (manual and digital).
Assist with payroll inputs and leave management.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement:
Organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
Assist in performance appraisal coordination and feedback tracking.
Promote a positive work culture through regular employee interaction.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Maintain and update employee documentation including contracts, ID proofs, and statutory forms.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
1 to 3 years of experience in core HR activities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with HRMS or HR software is a plus.
Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
