Manage the complete recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews to shortlist candidates.
Coordinate with department managers for technical/functional interviews.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
Assist in employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.
