Job Description
: PF/ESIC - Form 16 - Payroll - Leave-Attendance - Insurance(All types of Insurance) -Induction documentation of new joinee and in system. Education- Bachelors/ Masters in HR(B.com/ M.com with 4-5 years of exp in HRpreferred) Experience- 4-5 years in Core HR Requirements- Certification in human resources, management or similar. Proven experience in an HR role. Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills. Sound knowledge of insurance. The ability to keep sensitive information confidential. Must be approachable and helpful. Strong critical thinking skills. Good ethical judgment.
