: We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the HR department in various areas, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management and employee relations Responsibilities: 1. Assist with the recruitment process by coordinating with HR Department, Candidates Interviewees, and onboarding new hires (Preparing Induction Kit) 2. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements. 3. Handle employee relations issues and provide support to employees with work-related concerns. 4. Conduct employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture. 5. Implement and manage performance management systems, including documenting daily work updates and performance evaluations. 6. Coordinate and manage employee training and development programs 7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee data, attendance, and leave management 8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field 2. 5 years of experience in an HR role 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations 5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 6. Ability to maintain confidential information 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software 8.
