Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and proactive

HR Executive

from the

Hospitality Industry

who can efficiently manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, documentation, franchise coordination, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for kitchen and service teams and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring



End-to-end recruitment for

Chefs, Kitchen Staff, and Service Staff

. Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, references, and field recruitment. Coordinating interviews with Corporate Chef/Managers. Managing trial/food-tasting rounds where required. Maintaining recruitment trackers and databases.

2. Onboarding & Induction



Completing documentation for new joiners (ID proofs, bank details, forms, etc.). Conducting induction sessions at Head Office. Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and ensuring smooth joining formalities. Coordinating deployment of selected staff to respective outlets.

3. Documentation & HR Compliance



Maintaining HR files and employee records in Google Sheets/HRMS. Collecting and updating attendance, personal information, and joining documents. Ensuring proper filing and data accuracy.

4. Franchise Coordination



Acting as a bridge between

Franchise Outlets

, Operations Team, and HR Department. Handling manpower requests, replacements, and staffing concerns. Addressing franchise HR queries and closing open tickets on time.

5. Employee Engagement & Welfare



Supporting R&R programs for outlet staff (Best Performer, Employee of the Month, etc.). Organizing employee activities, celebrations, and communication drives. Assisting in resolving staff issues related to shift timings, basic grievances, etc.

Skills & Competencies:



Experience in hospitality hiring (mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of bulk hiring and field recruitment. Ability to multitask and manage multiple outlets. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets. Pleasant personality, confident, and people-oriented.

Qualification & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in HR/Management or related field.

1-3 years of HR experience in Restaurant/Cafe/Hotel industry (preferred).


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
