Job Description

An HR Executive is a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, from recruitment and employee relations to policy implementation and compliance. They play a crucial role in maintaining a positive, productive work environment and ensuring the company complies with all labor laws.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

The primary duties of an HR Executive typically include:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews). Coordinating the onboarding and induction of new hires to ensure a smooth transition.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues fairly and confidentially. Planning and executing employee engagement activities, like team-building and wellness programs, to foster a positive work culture.

HR Policies & Compliance:

Developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements. Ensuring strict compliance with all local and national labor laws (e.g., wage, benefits, and workplace safety regulations).

HR Operations & Administration:

Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, databases, and HR documentation (using HRIS/HR software). Assisting with payroll processing, benefits administration, and managing employee leave.

Performance & Development:

Supporting the performance appraisal process and maintaining records. Assessing training needs and coordinating learning and development programs for employees.

Offboarding:

Managing employee separation processes, including conducting exit interviews and handling final settlement/formalities.
Requirements & Skills

To be successful as an HR Executive, candidates generally need:
