Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and training within the hotel. This role ensures adherence to company policies, labor laws, and hospitality standards while maintaining a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing



Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for hotel positions (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, etc.). Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and schedule interviews. Conduct reference checks and issue offer letters and appointment letters.

Employee Relations & Engagement



Maintain employee records and HR database. Address employee grievances and provide HR support to all departments. Organize employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and recognition initiatives.

Payroll & Compliance



Assist in monthly payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, etc.). Prepare HR-related reports and submit them to management as required.

Training & Development



Coordinate training programs for new joiners and existing employees. Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.

Policy Implementation & Documentation



Ensure adherence to hotel HR policies and SOPs. Draft HR letters such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and relieving letters.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Good knowledge of

labor laws and statutory compliance

. Familiarity with

HR software / HRMS

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle recruitment and employee relations independently. Basic knowledge of

payroll systems

Qualifications & Experience:



Education:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

1-3 years of HR experience (hospitality industry preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
