Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, payroll coordination, and compliance with statutory requirements. This role ensures a productive, engaging, and legally compliant work environment that supports both employees and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates. Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees. Maintain employee records and update HR systems/databases accurately. Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leave records, overtime, etc.). Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, minimum wages, and other applicable regulations. Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions. Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate training and development activities to enhance staff skills. Promote employee engagement initiatives and support HR policies implementation. Generate and present HR reports to management as required.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
