Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, training coordination, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR functioning while supporting the hotel's organizational objectives and maintaining employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing:



Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions. Coordinate interviews and manage the selection process. Prepare job offers and manage onboarding and induction programs.

2. Employee Records & Documentation:



Maintain accurate employee records and personal files. Prepare and issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.

3. Payroll & Attendance Management:



Compile and process monthly attendance and leave data. Coordinate payroll activities with the accounts department.

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare:



Organize employee engagement activities and events. Address employee queries and resolve grievances in coordination with HR Manager.

5. Compliance & Policies:



Ensure adherence to statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across departments.

6. Training & Development:



Coordinate with department heads for training needs. Schedule and maintain training records.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
