Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience
in HR operations with payroll handling.
Knowledge of
HR software / MS Excel / payroll systems
.
Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process monthly
payroll
accurately and on time.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and update HRMS systems.
Ensure statutory compliance including
PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, and Professional Tax
.
Assist in
recruitment and onboarding
processes.
Prepare HR-related reports (attendance, salary, headcount, etc.).
Address employee queries related to payroll, salary slips, and deductions.
Preferred:
Experience in payroll software such as Tally, Greyt HR, or similar.
Exposure to end-to-end HR functions in a corporate or MSME setup.
