BLR Brewing Co., founded in 2020, is a leading Brewpub located in Bengaluru. Featuring an artisan range of craft brews and globally inspired delicacies, BLR Brewing Co. has establishments in Electronic City, Kanakapura Road, HSR Layout, Bellandur and Whitefield.

Role Description

Experience in HR management (preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry)

? Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance

? Expertise in employee relations, training, and development

? Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment

? A people-oriented and problem-solving mindset

Qualifications

HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations skills Experience in developing and implementing HR policies Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 2-3 Years

Salary: ₹5-6 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Joining: Immediate or as per notice period

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
