1.Job description / fixing the criteria taken from concern deptt.
2. Departments interview line up from personal resources / through employees / through management / through online portals / through referral programs,
3. Scheduling interviews by coordinating dept head and candidates,
4. Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates,
5. Monthly visit in market for review the performance of the candidates and enhance the performance of the existing employees.
6.New hire employees on boarding process and formalities related to HR,
7 .New hire employee's induction program all important information given on the first day in the campus. (one presentation always already to about the company and profile)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
