Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition, including job posting, screening, interviewing and onboarding processes.
Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts and promote positive workplace culture
Implement performance management systems, conduct appraisals, and provide developmental coaching
Administer compensation, benefits, and recognition programs .
Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and employment regulations.
Maintain HR records, provide HR metrics, and report insights to leadership .
Drive employee engagement, diversity initiatives, and workplace improvements .
