Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate onboarding activities including document collection, induction sessions, and employee setup. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

HR Operations & Documentation

Manage employee records, maintain HRIS data, and update personnel files. Prepare HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, experience certificates, etc.). Support attendance and leave management processes.

Employee Engagement & Communication

Organize employee engagement events, celebrations, and internal communication activities. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide timely support.

Payroll & Compliance Support

Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance data and verifying employee information. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements. Coordinate with external vendors for insurance, background verification, etc.
