Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions
Coordinate and conduct interviews
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
Ensure smooth orientation and induction for new employees
2. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll inputs
Handle employee documentation, letters, and compliance requirements
Support performance management cycles and evaluations
3. Employee Relations
Assist employees with HR-related queries and concerns
Promote a positive work environment
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events
4. Policy & Compliance
Ensure adherence to company HR policies
Assist with statutory and legal compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
Support audits and maintain required HR documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in HR (Recruiter/HR Assistant/HR Executive)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of HR processes and labor regulations
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus
