Job Description

Recruitment & Staffing



Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other platforms. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final interviews. Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including induction and orientation programs.

2. Employee Relations



Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure effective communication between management and employees. Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee counseling when required.

3. HR Administration



Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and HRMS software. Prepare HR-related letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, etc.). Manage attendance, leaves, and timesheets. Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data to the finance department.

4. Performance Management



Coordinate and assist in the performance appraisal process. Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback support to managers. Help identify training and development needs based on performance reviews.

5. Training & Development



Organize and schedule training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs. Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

6. Compliance & Policy Management



Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Maintain records related to statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).

7. Employee Engagement & Welfare



Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building events. Implement health, safety, and wellness initiatives to promote a positive work environment.

8. Reporting & Analytics



Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and metrics for management review. Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
