2. Employee Records & Documentation
Maintaining and updating employee records (personal details, attendance, leaves, etc.)
Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents
3. Payroll & Compensation
Collecting and verifying attendance data for payroll processing
Coordinating with finance or payroll vendors
Ensuring statutory deductions like PF, ESI, TDS are accurately handled
4. Employee Engagement
Organizing employee welfare activities, events, and celebrations
Conducting surveys to measure employee satisfaction
Handling grievance redressal and maintaining a positive work environment
5. Training & Development
Identifying training needs in coordination with department heads
Scheduling and coordinating training sessions and workshops
Maintaining training records and feedback
6. Compliance & Legal
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
Managing audits related to HR functions (PF, ESI, etc.)
Keeping up-to-date with changing employment laws and regulations
7. Performance Management
Assisting in performance appraisal cycles
Collecting and analyzing performance data
Helping managers set KPIs and performance goals
